Planet Fitness is a welcoming gym with a Judgement Free Zone where people feel comfortable doing their best. It has many locations and is known for its friendly and understanding staff who provide excellent customer service. The gym offers a great deal with its Black Card membership, which includes access to massage chairs and more. Members enjoy the best-in-class equipment, including a new dead lift area and new machines, described as more than awesome. Some members suggest adding mirrors in front of the new squat racks and note that new weights can be full of oil. A common request is for additional amenities like a sauna and more class times, including evening or night options, as classes are currently only in the morning or late afternoon. The gym is often not too busy, so there is rarely a long wait for equipment. Overall, it is seen as a great place to work out and is highly recommended.

Staff is super friendly! Always feel welcoming! And very clean compared to most gyms! Dimple, Nate, Garima and Dylan at the desk are fantastic!

I joined this gym at the end of October. I'm happy with the different machines and the cleanliness. Everyone plays their part in keeping equipment clean and working well. I also love the hydromassage beds and deep tissue massage chairs!
