I would give them a zero star rating if it would let me. I just Purchased a Product from their store and got home qith it and it has been opened went to return it because I don't want it and don't want to take the chance at another one that has been use. And they Argued and said that we were the ones that ripped the Instruction book and we did not. They were also very rude .

I would give 0 if I could, I was charged 7 dollars for a pop, when she asked for my telephone number I said no thank you, I was then told I would be charged 2 more dollars if I didn't give my information... thats absolutely ridiculous buisness practice, I gave my ever so real information and then paid, wich i wouldnt have done if my son didn't beg us to drive to the mall for this specific item, but never again that's for sure, I will never return to a place that forces you to give personal information just so they can sell it again, and if you don't give it, well you will have to pay them anyways. People are broke enough to be squeezed for every last penny from businesses.

There are many better Showcase stores. They had everything the customer services weren't great, there was drink bottles on the floor.

Great products !! Very clean and organized store. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I was there yesterday and an older woman was rude and made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed . I asked her how her day was and her response was “i’ll be better when I leave here”.

Awesome store. Especially if you don't like ordering online or off the commercials. Has a very wide range of things as seen on TV. Got a Flawless shaver from here and works great. Came with the battery too which was nice.

Brutal customer service.I bought a 14.99 pop socket for my phone. Broke a few days later. Tried to exchange it without a receipt and this woman basically told me I’m lying and that I might not have bought it at showcase. She said how do I know you bought it here. I said well because here’s my banking it says show case and how much so obviously I did. She said nope. Don’t bother giving them your business.

I will not buy anything from this store again. I purchased 2 pairs of the MyFit Jeans before Christmas for my daughters. When I was buying them there was a big discussion between the cashier and another merchant purchasing the same thing. They told me that they run really really small and that I should get the bigger size. Of course being a young person that the gift was given to, they don't always try things on right away, only to find that they were way to big. They won't exchange them for the smaller size, not even 30 days later, if I am going from Christmas day till now (Jan 20th). All I want is to exchange and I have my receipt. The cashier said the cut off for Christmas exchange was last week. So I guess people are only aloud to make exchanges for a 3 week time period. Not everyone has their Christmas gatherings on the actual day, so you think they would offer a little longer time period for this.

Friendly staff but was not happy with the purchase i made. Neck massager did not have a charger so i couldnt test it before bought it. Just had to trust the reviews. Weak product which i would consider a product defect. Less than 24hrs later i tried to return the unused products but could not be offered a refund.....just a store credit. Showed them what happens with a little pressure and the massager stalls. Apparently they work fine when theres no pressure at all though

Purchased a hover board for my daughter for her big Christmas present. My daughter was able to ride the hover board Christmas Day but would not work anymore kept sounding an alarm. When I called to the store today on 27th I explained situation to manager and he said, just bring it on in and we will get you all fixed up. Which was a huge relief to my daughter. So we drive up to the store (from Dresden to Sarnia) to have the situation corrected. I walk in with hover board and a part time person is working and told her why we were in and she said...yeah...I think this is the hover board that my manager set aside for you. So we are under the impression that they are going to do an exchange and we will get to leave with a working hover board. So we stand in the store for about 7 to 10 min while she is in the phone with her manager. She then processes everything through and hands me a receipt and says...ok...your hover board is on order and should be here with our next shipment!!!! All of our mouths dropped and of course my daughters heart was broken. So now we are without a hover board and have a receipt that shows that a hover-board is on order and SHOULD be in next Wed (which does not even show the protection plan we purchased) near the end of my daughters Christmas break! So I then ask about the hover-board that was set aside and she said oh that is something else...what!!! My daughter starts to bawl! I researched before I bought hover boards and I decided Showcase because the manager was so nice and and there protection plan was a good protection plan at a good price and there were great google reviews of the store and how they have went above and beyond in the past with manufacturers issues on hover boards but I guess Christmas time for a broken hearted 6 year old girl was NOT the time to go above and beyond in their customer service. Very disappointed.
