Luke and his staff at SMG pharmacy provide the best personal touch and customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. They are always pleasant and go out of their way to make sure I have what I need. They have gotten to know each of my children by name and when I walk into this pharmacy it feels like walking into a pharmacy in a small town where everyone knows each other. I have chosen to make this my regular pharmacy because of the incredible customer service I receive every time.

I cannot say enough good about this pharmacy! From the moment I walked in I immediately felt so taken care of. The service was so beyond what I’ve received anywhere else. The staff are so friendly, kind, and helpful. I made the switch from my previous pharmacy after only one visit here as the personal touch and care they provide is unmatched with anywhere I’ve ever gone before! I made 2 Covid test for traveling, to be sure I have it.Antigen test is not working for traveling by plane, need QR code, I paid 30$ for nothing.PSR test never came to my email till now. And when I call them they advised to do new test in Toronto airport.And I needed to search for another test in airport very fast to not be late for a plane and pay double price.I don’t recommend it.Addition:PSR test - WITHOUT QR CODE. It came to my email 1 week after I made test in the pharmacy.

Got a covid test appointment within an hour. Other places were after 5-6 days. They also called me multiple times to give me an update and went above and beyond their duties to help me! Highly recommended

The rapid Covid testing is was so easy and comfortable. The people at the pharmacy are so warm and helpful. I would recommend going to this pharmacy for sure ! Also for getting a rapid Covid test as well. No long waits and inconvenience ❤️also the pharmacist who did my testing was very kind he came up to me and said it’s okay go home and get rest he knew I was being anxious and made sure I was okay too!
