Update...after a year later, I went back to change my plan and switch cell phone companies. Sanju was AMAZING. He was alone, yet he simultaneously dealt with three customers with such ease. He is so polite and very competent. I had to leave a review about him this time. I honestly don't know why people would go anywhere else for their cellphone needs.

Sanju was amazing. We were on a time crunch and he opened the store early on a Sunday morning to help our whole family get new phones. Very knowledgeable with everything and extremely kind. Highly recommend everybody to us T-booth!

I bought an iPhone 14 with a lifetime and unlimited warranty for my camera and screen protection that I paid extra 50 CAD.
Today I went to the store to have my screen protection replaced and I was informed that they don’t have anymore the screen protection and if I want I need to order online and pay for the delivery and it is going to cost me 5 CAD for each time I order online.
This was never mentioned when I bought my phone there. First and last time buying a phone there.

Wow!! Totally amazed by the service and the options provided by Brock at TBooth Lambton Mall Sarnia. I just happened to stop by to discuss my cell phone plans. I was paying $113 monthly. My previous plan included Canada, US and Mexico. However, I was not using much of the data and I was have not been in those countries anyways. Brock advised me to go with the plan that cost me $40 a month. So huge monthly savings. Not only that, I found Brock to be very pleasant young man with very good knowledge of different plans and cell phone services. I highly recommend. TBooth Cellular plans and services. .

Brock, Sanju, Celine are the absolute dream team. An almost 4 week ongoing nightmare with my service provider was dealt with by The Dream Team in less than an hour. They are my hero's. Knowledgeable, attentive and so customer service focused. I'd give them ten stars if I could. Will always recommend!
