I like this bank the best because the hours are the longest and most available. The staff here are usually polite and hard working and it is kept clean.

This comes a bit late, but Dads Estate has finally been settled. Peter died in 2018 + we had a 'fly in the ointment'. This branch went way above + beyond anything that I would ever expect, when it came to dealing with my aged father, mentally ill brother, distanced sister, + nervous self. Flo, Mark, Judy are 3 names that come to mind. U were Awesome

Always helpful and kind though not so much over the phone however I am a person to person guy. I have been with TD since I was about 11 or 12 and have never had any problems with them

Bank hours on the door state Mon-Fri 8am-8pm.Bank doesn't actually open until 9am

I have noticed lately that the older staff that worked there aren't there much. I also noticed the manager seems to be hiring JUST young people to work in the bank . It would be nice to see a even mix of races working there not just one type, also including older more experienced staff that know what they are doing and move the lines along without having to get help with almost every customer that comes in.

Long wait times, unless you have 20-25 minutes to wait in line.I understood the wait times during the peak of Covid however, there is no reason this should be happening now.I have used TD's wait time graph tool to determine which times are less busy and still encounter unacceptably long wait times.With the bank making profits, I don't understand why customer service is lacking. There needs to be more open tellers to serve their customers efficiently and expediently.

This bank use to be open 7 days a week and until 8pm most nights. It had the best banking hours around!! Obviously they changed during Covid and were reduced but Covid is over now and the bank still has reduced hours and only 6 days a week now. Please bring back the former model.Thank you.
