It was very disorganized. I ordered a box spring, came to pick it up inside the store as directed. I got my receipt and pulled around to customer pick up as directed only to be told my receipt wasn’t the right one as still had a balance I said okay well what can I do and she said she couldn’t help me I had to go all the way back around and explain to them and get a new receipt. My father in law had already pulled the truck up, removed his cover etc as directed so I couldn’t have him move so I had to run all the way around the store (it’s not a short distance) to get the correct receipt then run all the way back around. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and not accommodating, even when I came back she made a snide remark about non of the being her fault but the front stores fault. Are you not one entity? Not a good experience and I will not be shopping here again.

Went to Tepperman to simply purchase a new bed headboard. We were very happy with the attention & service that we received. Only took us about 20 minutes to complete the transaction to our complete satisfaction.
