Update December 20: I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, "Sw...," who provided compensation as previously discussed. Customer service addressed the inconvenience. I moved the rating because of this. However, I will exercise caution when procuring installation services in the future.
My experience with Home Depot's toilet installation service was extremely disappointing. Instead of the stress-free process I expected by purchasing the entire package—product, installation, delivery and haul-away—the ordeal was the exact opposite. The wrong, broken toilet was delivered, and multiple reschedules followed, leaving us without a toilet for almost two weeks, which was incredibly difficult. Despite promises of compensation, the token offer didn’t come close to addressing the hassle and stress caused. Poor communication, repeated delays, and unfulfilled commitments made this an experience I would never recommend. The compensation offered did not come through ,wasn’t worth the aggravation, and I won’t use their services again.

Was at home depot and inquired about the sod theyvhad outside for a price of $8.59 that was already dead. I was told they are not in charge of lowering the price on this item. I worked for home depot and I find it absurd that they would allow an outside company to control how they sell the items they bring into the store.
If I was the manager of this store I would have contacted the company and informed them they still had pieces of sod at full price that was dead( due to lack of proper watering by store staff) and ask if the price can be taken down to a dollar at this point per piece.

Husband purchased lawnmower evening of August 28 asked for assistance was told by staff non Canadian that it's not that heavy why can't you do the carrying husband then told non Canadian 2of them at this point he was unable to carry then proceed to speak Hindi language and laugh at customer is it possible to train at home Depot a manners class

I bought a RYOBI lawn mower 14 months ago. It is now sitting dead in my shed. Home Depot won't do anything to help me as it has to go to to the RYOBI service center in London for repairs. I don't have a truck to take it down can't get it into my car. No information was given to me about this when I bought it. I really feel let down by Home Depot & Ryobi

Place is a joke .. they double charged me for a purchase 112.91
I brought in the receipt and proof through my banking
Told me there was nothing they can do it's my bank issue. I reported it to my bank .I've waited 7 business days the money still hasn't returned..
I keep getting told nothing can be done !

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received today, especially form Christyn in the bathtub area. I had no problem finding help and almost every associate I passed smiled and said hello and when I needed help getting my purchase in the car, the nice young man at the customer service desk helped so i didn’t have to wait. It was a very pleasant visit and i appreciate it.
