“Make sure you call as the website is inaccurate. Units rented/reserved online are not always available when you show up to store your items. Free lock advertised is a strait up lie; have another $14 ready for the disc lock you have to purchase from them. Rates are reasonable though, some of the lowest in town. Units are clean. Overall good value.”

“5 stars because the uhaul business screwed this guy over and sent us to him. The three men sitting around the uhaul place gave us attitude. The single guy running the counter at the convenience store here, processing our contract, serving his customers, running back an forth to handle our uhaul request while being busy at the counter.Kudos to the clerk who rocked it. BOO to uhaul for sending us from our requested pick up location where they had multiple employees to help and were just sitting around. I get the truck scheduling is a thing but it was just poor service.”
