went to wireless wave in sarnia with issues in my phone. I was assisted by Tyson who was excellent. I’m a senior citizen n not very technically inclined n I so impressed with his knowledge n how he helped me understand the issues. Very courteous n professional. Super great employee. Thanks for the wonderful service.

When I arrived at the wireless wave office in Sarnia Ontario I was very distraught over an update on my Samsung phone.
Tyson was able to put the phone right and return my lost text messages from a son I have lost. He was kind , gentle with me and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Thank you Tyson very much.

Worst service I have ever experienced today. The story is me and my other 2 friends went there to buy iPhone and we were looking for some best deals and we were there for more than half an hour but no one come and ask us for their service. Though there was just other 2 customer to whom they are entertaining but they pretend us like they are too busy and didn't talk a single word.
We thought they might be busy and leave the store and again after like 20 minutes we came back and again wait for them however we didn't get any response from them.
Disgusting and poor customer service.

tyson was our sales rep and was very professional and polite.even though his shift was done he went above and beyond helping us and made sure everything was complete and working before we left. highly recommend going and seeing Tyson for all your phone needs
