2022 July 3.5★Conveniently located near Sauble beach, this is one of few Jack n Jill's surf shop around the area.Obviously doing well for a good reason. Location, selection and service is good.No issues at the store. Prices are a bit higher than normal, but they aren't overly outrageous.Overall, ok.

I have never posted a negative review.Terrible customer service experiences at every level in dealing with a defective $1300 purchase. Difficult to reach owner/manager and very poor communication once you do. Perhaps the experience would have been different dealing face to face but that wasn’t possible for me. Little does this shop know that a neoprene product purchased at the same time came apart after a few uses and I never complained about it. The defective products are not their fault but it seemed to me that they stop caring about the customer after the sale. I never asked for a refund, just assistance with the warranty, and it was handled terribly. They will not be getting any more of my business

Great assistance today at shop from salesman. Poi ted us to a proper PFD at a reasonable price. Gave us pointers on how to use the SUP. Also how to store it later this year.

I have been waiting for Jack n Jill's to pop up on my Google maps reviews .... And it's finally here!Wow what an outstanding retail experience.. The surf shop was well stocked, priced very well (imo) clean, neat with loads of selection.But here is the wow factor ... customer service... I was greeted by not less then 4 staff members on each visit, who were helpful, polite, and focused on the customer ...who took the time to execute a special request ... happily.The owners, management and staff know how to run a business... this place is worth the drive.Keep it upOver and out

COVID has become synonymous with online shopping and Amazon. However, pre-COVID there was something called a Retailer who’s business it was to service their customer. True, some of these retailers missed the mark and didn’t deserve to be in business; Jack N Jill’s surf shop isn’t one of those business. I’ve been dealing with these guys for over a decade and they have always been right on point with what I needed at a fair price. Best of all, these guys are kiters who look after kiters! I had the fill port of my 12m Naish Cult blow and I needed parts….that are never in stock. I don’t know if it was off an old bladder but the owner stepped up and got me what I needed. I’d have paid whatever the price but I got it for what seemed like next to nothing. What counts most of all, in any transaction, is service. Especially in a niche market like kite surfing. Whatever you need: kites, boards, lines, suits or even help, Jack N Jill’s surf shop has got you covered….even during a pandemic. Thanks a lot guys, I’ll be back.

Online ordering/shipping experience only. I have never been to the store. Great prices (almost questionably) and immediate shipping. Will certainly buy from them again.I've bought a kite, a kite-bar, a bunch of surfboard fins, and another order I can't seem to remember. Each was shipped next day at the latest.Very happy customer
