I had a terrible experience shopping at this location. I tried to look on my receipt where I could leave a review for my purchase directly but found nothing.
There were signs at the fitting room saying not to enter without asking someone or we’d be asked to leave. I couldn’t find an employee so I just told my younger sister just to go in. There was another sign saying not to leave clothes on the desk and to put them on the rolling rack, but there was no available rolling rack near the desk. I saw other people put clothing on the desk and when my sister came out I put two items on the desk and someone came out of no where and told me I couldn’t leave it there (on the piles of other clothes left on the desk). I explained there was no rolling rack and she showed me where it was and seemed annoyed (around the corner from where all of the signs were).
We grabbed a couple more items and headed to cash. I put my status card on the desk before our items and was distracted when the same employee said hello so when I didn’t respond she aggressively said hello again and I said hi. She scanned all of my items covering up my status card so I pulled it out and placed it back in front of her. She asked me what my email was. I replied that I didn’t want to leave my email and she rudely said if I didn’t leave my email she couldn’t process my status card. I then asked “seriously?” to which she just stared at me and then asked me what and I said I asked her a question and she said that wasn’t a question. So then I started to give her my email and she got mad at me for not telling her I was going to give her my email. I payed, she never offered me a bag (the cashier next to us gave another couple a bag without even asking) and she gave me my receipt and status card, then started staring down my sister (15 years old) and then says “what” to her like she did something wrong. My sister said “I don’t know you’re giving me a dirty look” and the cashier begins to try and argue with her. I stopped her and said “it’s fine. We’re leaving. Sorry if we made your day unpleasant. I have no clue what we did.” And before I could finish that sentence she stared at me and said “you did”.
I have no clue how this person is employed in a position of customer service.

Extremely poor service at Ardene. I bought UGGs, and at the time of purchase, the cashier told me that if the size didn’t fit, I could exchange them. She did not mention any other conditions or restrictions.
When I came back a couple of days later to exchange them, I was told that they could not take them back. I explained that the cashier did not inform me of these conditions at the time of purchase. She then said that I had worn them. I honestly accepted that I did wear them briefly to check if they were comfortable, which I believe is reasonable when buying footwear.
Additionally, another staff member (not the cashier) who was organizing clothes behaved very rudely. I politely told her that I was there to exchange the item, and she responded in a very disrespectful tone saying, “Oh, I don’t deal with this, go to the counter.” Her over layered-makeup unfortunately didn’t give her enough attraction cause of her behaviour, I forgot to read her name. If you check the cameras, she was standing at the end corner of the store (right corner from the counter)on December 30 around 4:50 PM
Overall, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had

I just visited to the store and bought one jacket from there which was near about 80 $ and when I went to the cashier it cost me 90 $ so I am just confirming that they add something else or it’s tax and she answered me very rude way the cashier “the price is not made by me “she has zero percent customer service , very bad behaviour how can they hire that kind of people I just want to request to the manager please talk to their staff and tell them how to speak with customers

We visited there around 3pm feb 16. cashier was so rude she didn't know how to say hello and thankyou. Worst customer service. She show extreme attitude.

I visited Ardene today, and I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the cashier. The customer service was terrible, and I couldn’t even catch her name since her name tag was facing the wrong way. I won’t be returning.
We waited near the fitting rooms for about 5 minutes with no one offering assistance. I had about 10 items, so I decided to go into one of the fitting rooms. The cashier then came over and, in front of everyone, shouted at me for not asking her before using the fitting room, claiming that room was for mothers with kids. There was no sign indicating this, and isn't it the staff's responsibility to monitor who goes in and out of the fitting rooms? I didn’t even try on any clothes and was so embarrassed that I just grabbed everything and went to checkout.
At the register, when we asked for a bag, she said there were no bags left except for one, and when we accepted it, she just dumped all the clothes in without even bothering to fold them. There was no apology or even a “thank you” – it was truly disappointing. I hope the owner addresses this issue.

I went to Ardene’s today around 3:30 and the cashiers were very rude. As I was browsing, I walked by them and they rolled their eyes and at me and said “UGH, There’s so many teenagers in here”. Then as I put my stuff back on the shelves and walked out the store they loudly said “Good, leave.” This location does not have good customer service.

I visited store recently, and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff member was rude and seemed uninterested , dismissive attitudes.
To make matters worse, the checkout process was chaotic. I have always enjoyed shopping here but this experience has made me question whether I want to return in the future.
I hope you take immediate steps to address the customer service issues to ensure better experiences for others.

Hire new staff who actually WANT to work. I had to literally do their job today and help someone in line and inform a worker they were waiting to pay and be helped..all while the 3 workers were talking to each other at the front of the store.

If there was less of a star I could give them I would as I am very disappointed with what my children had to go through today. Their grandmother took them to the station mall for an outing to visit their great aunt from BC and ended up at the station mall. The girls asked if they could go into Ardenes and look as this is one of their favourite stores, while the two adults chatted outside the store. The girls returned to my mother in law and her sister in near tears. They had been looking at items in the store and the girl told them they looked suspicious and were not allowed in the store nor allowed back. This is a12 & near 14 yr old. The explanation my mother in law got was they made to much eye contact and it’s policy, Im sorry if your constantly looking at me I will look back at you that’s just me. Not to mention my one daughter is diagnosed with anxiety and social issues, so this was great for her . So if that’s your policy to kick people with issues like this out by all means continue. Myself nor people I know will shop at Ardenes specially this location again, considering your claimed policy. Very upsetting for two young children. way to humiliate someone with diagnosed issues at a young age. Also what a welcome for an out of province guest, great impression Ardenes station mall.
