“Compared to banks, I appreciate NCU's effort to provide good customer service and not being beholding to shareholders and corporate greed. App and online banking works everytime I use it. Senior's fees reasonable, no complaint. The Hub a much appreciated call centre experience having it staffed with NCU employees with access to account. I have 1 branch transaction a month. -* Only complaint is lack of wickets open at the beginning of the month. Contrary to teller that "everyone needs a break", I'm sure rescheduling lunch breaks and bring back office staff to the front would remedy this. ****”
