Switched to Bell this week and added a second line as well. Had Jamie helping us even on his day off. Would 100 percent recommend bell and their employees! Jamie went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deals and the right phones for us. Thanks again Jamie!

My modem quit working and we walked into the store 10 minutes to closing and Jamie went above and beyond trying to access the server to load our new modem so we could have internet that night before closing ….thank you Jamie

I had a terrible experience with this branch. I went in to get an insight on more offers if available. The representative I spoke with was trying to help but there was this other bald man who was not only unprofessional but also rude and dismissive. When I asked for any ongoing offers, the person who was assisting me was tying to help but the person beside (who was helping another customer at the moment)kept interrupting and talked over me repeatedly. I mentioned that I was paying for a certain plan and was looking for something else. This bald guy jumped in between saying well you already told the salesperson that you know about the offers. I then had to clarify that it was not the offers that I knew about but the plan that I was paying for. It felt as though they had no interest in resolving my issue. I didn't wanna get any further assistance in this type of setting so I just said thank you and left but I noticed that the bald guy then talked to the salesperson asking if I told him about the ongoing offers or not already which obviously wasn't true because I was in there to know about them in the first place.This kind of behavior is completely intolerable. Highly disappointing and unprofessional service.

Paaiiinnnfully unhelpful. Walked in here 100% ready to buy a new phone, case, accessories, etc and ended up walking out with NOTHING. My phone was 100% broken and I did a little googling before so I had a good idea of what I wanted to get. The guy started off immediately with saying they don't take the broken phones back and I was confused and asked if they didn't have a recycling system. They do. And he wouldn't have mentioned this if I hadn't asked. I mentioned I just wanted to look around and see what deals were available for what phones, and I guess he thought I meant sales because he immediately said that they didn't have any. Oh well, I clarified to clear up the miscommunication that I meant deals as in phone plans not sales, and all he said was "oh, yea". Then proceeded to not talk to me or ask me about any of my needs, anything I'm looking for in a phone, if there was a specific phone I was looking for or anything. Oh, and also when he said there were no deals that wasn't even totally true because turns out I get a discount if I change my payment method. But if course he wouldn't have known this prior because he hadn't had any bit of conversation before confidently saying they had no deals! I figured I guess I will just look around on my own since this sales associate is NO help. I look around for the phone I had in mind, and they don't even have it in stock!! Still on display, no note or anything saying it's out of stock. Really? Whatever, I go look at other phones but I'm just lost at this point. If I wanted to be totally unguided and go in blind, I wouldn't have gone in person!!! I would understand the hands off approach if I hadn't initially walked up and initiated a conversation about how my phone is broken and I need a new one! It was increasingly frustrating because I was already annoyed, my phone just broke! So I was misspeaking a little and it was so frustrating because it didn't even matter if I clarified what I had meant to the associate, the didn't offer anything, didn't help me look around, didn't help me GET A PHONE THAT I CAME HERE WITH THE FULL INTENT OF PURCHASING.
Another things that is just yucky, all their accessories are soooo lame. Not a wide variety, they don't even sell a case for every phone they offer, and they don't even have good deals! I looked at USBC to lightning cables for my old iPad and a basic, white, non braided, 3ft cable was FOURTY DOLLARS! I'm sorry, but I have a multi coloured 3 pack of braided 6ft cables on Amazon for 16 dollars. Screw you.
This whole business practice feels predatory, leaving people who need a phone to fend for themselves and not try to fend them the best deals and phones that work for their lives so they're not overspending on a stupid new phone they don't need. And you know, not spending 40$ on a CHARGING CABLE.

AJ at Station mall in the sault was amazing. He set us up with a US plan that was affordable that we didn't see on line. Our second phone got data for an additional dollar. Information found on line was confusing and not in our best interest. Aj has retained a bell customer.

We had outstanding service today at the Bell store. Our representative had to deal with several issues, including a mixup that the 310Bell rep made with our new Sim cards. We spent close to two hours there but she got everything straightened out. Thanks to Ms. Ash

I started researching Bell services via MyBell. Then I contacted the Station Mall Bell store on the phone. Jamie from the outset was excellent; thorough, great listener, detailed and prompt with an emailed quote before we ended the conversation. Then I visited the store and we talked more a few days later. This was followed up with revisions to the quote that Jamie voluntarily worked on each day; he kept me posted via cell phone messages and calls. He was efficient at answering my questions. The final quote was amazing! I accepted it; and since then he shared installation dates; ; so willing to help and make himself available. Jamie gave excellent service, polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable; definitely had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend Jamie/this store. Thank you so much Jamie.
