If you have any issues with your account don't go to this branch. If you have to pay a bill, don't go to this branch. They will not assist you with anything. Go to the one on queen st. Ive been a customer with bmo for nearly 10 years, it doesn't matter they won't help you. I had to call the bank roughly 15 times before I got a call back. Don't waste your time here go to Queen st.

The service received was subpar, with a notable lack of responsiveness in answering and returning calls. The call center redirection to El Salvador led to unproductive interactions with agents who frequently left customers in silence.

Absolutely terrible at returning phone calls. I even contacted the 1-800 customer service number and their own employees couldn't get a live person at the branch. Awful how business do not respond to calls in a timely fashion
