I love that when I walk in, I'm greeted like I'm one of their buddies. Which is awesome considering how old my kids make me feel most days!!Some of the stuff is pretty pricey, but when they have sales, it more than makes up for it!!!

Took several rings before the phone was answered was told they had the shoes I wanted. Than didn't have what I wanted, when tried to order on line.

Customer service is pretty terrible here. Came in to do some light shopping, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I needed to go to the employees to ask for a fitting room. I was not informed that my purchase was unable to be returned, so when I tried returning it, they said no (even though it was just 10 minutes later that I needed to return it. When I went to return the items, they said I should have checked the receipt. I was not informed to check the receipt or even before I paid at time of purchase.). Poor customer service, cussing from the employees, and just an overall unpleasant time shopping. I work in retail, so I understand how difficult being a sales associate is, but being the only shopper in the store with 3 employees gives you no excuse. Poor shopping experience.
