Worst delivery company ever, I would rather pay more and wait longer then go through them again.I didn't pay express shipping for the package not even to get dropped at the door cause my driveways 15 meters long ? And when I went to pick up the package with the slip the left in the mail box at shoppers Canada Post I got turned away for not having specific I.d.

Received an email stating my package was "attempted to be delivered" this morning when I was home and waiting for it - no attempt was made, or slip left. Called Canada Post who gave me the run around, first saying it was due to covid (so now they don't even knock to deliver or leave any notification cards?) And then said even before covid they would not have tried to deliver my type of package at home. Fine. Called the Canada post store to see if my package was there, the girl who answered said there was a lineup and put me on hold for 15 minutes, then picked up and said they were too busy to answer my question and to call back in an hour. I'll pay the extra money to never have Canada post deliver another package for me if this is the customer service they stand by.

Wow. I wondered if i should post a comment but after i read some others may be having the same problem . I received a lot of attitude from a female on the pickup line for prescriptions. Whats with that. Very poor demeanor. I usually get better service but had to comment. she shouldnt really not be serving customers.

Very disappointed with this pharmacist’s customer service. My daughter who is not from Sault, (college student) and has a autoimmune disease and is on very expensive medication had chosen to have her prescriptions from here as it was closer to her Rez. I had to speak with the pharmacist about a prescription(long distance) that my daughter needed filled and she was extremely rude. I have never dealt with anyone like this before and would recommend other college students go elsewhere.

This pharmacy is always busy. At one visit I had waited for sometime, after waiting for 2 people ahead of me who needed assistance when they received their meds. The assistant who was waiting on these people said out loud not to anyone in particular, "I'm going to lunch", and left. After waiting a few more minutes, I could see no one was coming to the pickup counter. I called out for someone to wait on me,and then someone came. Meantime there were other people waiting in line after me.

I have dealt with this pharmacy on and off for years. I don't come often but each time I do it is over an hours wait for a simple prescription. Recently I had minor surgery in which freezing wears off and pain starts. They had absolutely no sympathy and said it would be an hour. Well see ya later I'll be switching pharmacies now.
