Lady who works the front does NOT say hello, good afternoon, how are you, nothing..
Shes very rude about no one being there to get mail @3pm in the afternoon. VERY poor service that needs to be addressed, i will be haulting all mail here due to one person and having it moved to another location.
And they think they deserve MORE money?

Customer service has reached a all time low. They made changes to the flex delivery as well, without any notification. Very disappointing
I lost my trust with CP!
Now they want a stike? During the Christmas shopping season. Watch the pricing soar! Hurting consumers and businesses.
It is so unprofessional and unnecessary.

Closed over the lunch hour?!? Went to pick up parcel at noon and sign indicated closed for lunch until 1:15pm. Not sure if this was a temporary/unplanned event (in the past it was open at lunch) or if they have permanently changed their hours (to mke it less convenient as a shipping location).

Be careful. Staff tried to scam customers by over-charging for postage. Investigation was done by Canada Post. Check what the correct postage should be before you go.

Brutal to deal with staff is always miserable and aggressive. None of them actually like to do their jobs and are lazy. Why they keep on going on strike to get raises is beyond me. Chimps could do a better job than these clowns

First time in the Soo. The post office was very flexible letting me ship much needed items directly to their location. I now have a fancy tripod I can take better google reviews with. Halelujiah
