“We were traveling in the area from Wisconsin when unfortunately a rock hit the side window and shattered the glass on our vehicle. We were not able to remain in the area long enough for a replacement window to be delivered to the shop. Justin was able to provide us with a temporary fix, allowing us to complete our journey home. He did this for us even though his schedule was already filled for the day. While we waited in the waiting room, Whitney shared with us her knowledge of local provincial parks and the beautiful Lake Superior coastline (complete with pictures from her phone). What began as an unfortunate and upsetting accident, ended as a positive and memorable experience. We left the shop feeling blessed to have met such kind and caring people.
