“Friendly staff, also accommodating if it is under their control. They go out of their way if they can. The sooner you reserve your car the cheaper it becomes. Also, there is no penalty if you need to cancel. Life happens! They also have their own rewards program. It is worth becoming member, points do not expire. My rentals have been unlimited mileage, not sure if it would be the same if I went out of province. If you rent a truck larger than a 1/2 ton mileage plays a part. It is all described in the details on their website. Hope this helps!”

“This was good, I've had some bad experiences with other companies in Sault Ste Marie. They were up front, available when the plane landed. Thank you for making my trip a positive experience! The only thing I would have liked is a different car, but, that was a minor thing.”
“I had a very positive rental experience, largely thanks to the excellent service from Agent Sherwin and Branch Manager Mr Samuel. They were very cordial and customer-focused. He promptly and positively addressed the minor issues I reported (wiper and windshield fluid) and ensured they would be fixed immediately. His caring attitude and efficiency are highly appreciated!”
“I got a rental from Hertz when Carstar fixed my truck, and the service was incredible. I didn't have to wait for a ride or anything, they're right in the same building.”
“Super efficace. Efficient no hassle service. Get your car in town or at the airport. Excellent team that goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Highly recommended”
“I rented an SUV for a few weeks while visiting family. I had a few issues with the first vehicle and when I called to let Avis know, Gary was able to swap vehicles for me right away.Great service, I would definitely recommend them. ?”
