I called in from northern Michigan, and explained they were the closest to me on Friday, they said they could get me in on Monday, so I came up and sat the weekend at the pilot across the street, they got me in Monday morning and out before 2pm. “I brought these guys a 2016 that had just been broken into and severely damaged the interior. With a few hundred dollars they delivered me back a brand new car, shampooed, waxed and polished inside and out, sterilized down to the new car smell. Aquapel to all windows, honestly the best value and professionalism. In ten years of using the dealership, Pidges' takes over for the future maintenance. “Recently got my truck washed. First attempt was with using change I had, the machine took the coins but never activated any of the features and I could not wash my truck. I switched to debit and then washed my vehicle in the next bay. I contacted the owner and they did everything they could to make it right. Great customer service. ?”

“We bought not 1, not 2, but 3 amazing vehicles from Steeltown Motors in less than a year. Each one low km, great price and amazing vehicles. The customer service is amazing and super friendly. Not only were they wonderful to work with, but two of our vehicles we contacted them the day before and said “we would like to drive that vehicle home tomorrow.” Impossible to do?? But no, not for them. They did the impossible. Got all the finances and everything in order for us to drive home the next day.
