Carstar did work on my Kicks. Staff was fantastic, very helpful and professional. Work was done perfectly, and they even warned me about a potential broken suspension component that could have developed into something very dangerous.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. Not only did they not fix my car they also caused issues with my battery for letting it sit in the cold for 4 months while “waiting on parts”. I had to take my vehicle to a different body shop for them to complete the work that car star lacks the ability to do, just for my insurance to tell me that car star had missed multiple issues that was associated with my accident and that they apologize on behalf of car star. I highly recommend never taking your vehicle here.

This place was recommended by nissan, brought it here and the employees seemed really nice and genuinely concerned about the repairs and what I had gone through at first. The estimate to fix my bumper was in the thousands. I left and called back a couple times to give them updates on the parts and never got any call backs, just ignored me. I went to another place and they fixed it for only a few hundred dollars. Won't come back here again.

I was pleased beyond words to see my car after taking it in for repair of a small dent on front fender.. The dent was repaired and painted so my car looked like the dent had never been there.
