If Gardewine damages your property - they will do everything to ignore you and their damages. Best of luck getting your lawn repaired.17 July Update: I have contacted your company, numerous times. It's been since 24 April - 3 months now and I am still chasing your staff to fix the damage. Your agent in SSM, Chris Rowe, is rude, dismissive, and does not return communications. All I hear is the run around from your staff. At no time has anyone contacted me first - it has always been me reaching out, and perhaps an email or two in return. This is not acceptable. Mandy H. has been the most recent to be connected after I chased down your corporate office since SSMarie blew me off.

I went with Gardewine out of Sault Ste. Marie Ontario to send a 3 foot wooden statue to Toronto, and was very very happy with their service, everyone was so helpful and so very nice. I would highly recommend them for all your shipping needs!! I can honestly say that i havent gotten great customer service like they gave me in ages!! Thank you very very much Gardewine Sault Ste. MARIE!!!

Other than trailer delays, which I hope can be made better in the future, staff is polite and does provide realistic time frames.. I do really hope that they can figure out their schedules better so that the customer can get what they ordered on the promise Date and not 3 days later..

Cannot get them to deliver more than once. They had the product for three weeks and have only made one attempt to deliver. After numerous phone calls still no delivery. I guess I'll have to pick it up myself ):

Gardewine took possession of a shipment from a large national carrier 6 days ago. It is now 5 days overdue and Gardewine does not know the location of the shipment. This shipment is essential to running our business. Extremely unimpressed.

i asked gardewine not to deliver package until following week because i was going to be gone for a couple of days, they said sure no problem, then delivered it anyway. Pretty much what i expected from this company.

The absolute WORST service I have ever received .Gardewine North shows up totally unexpected for a delivery that was suppose to have a scheduled appointment time. This delivery was 600 pounds and I was told I would be called to schedule the delivery time so I can have the necessary help. I was stopped in the middle of my day and the middle of appointments with clients to the delivery guy at my place of work. I had to call family members to stop their jobs to come help me. The delivery guy was so unhelpful and so rude. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between delivery companies and the service provided. Will never be allowing them to deliver any of my future equipment/products every again.

This company doesn’t answer emails, doesn’t call back, makes promises that are not kept. They have had my package at their SAULT terminal for three weeks. Multiple callls, multiple emails, multiple promises misses.
