Oil Change in Sault Ste. Marie, ON

“I hope this is the right Victory Lube that I went to just now.

I went in with a little panic as I had realized that I was unable to check to make sure that all the fluids were topped up in my rental vehicle before heading back to British Columbia. I had driven across country in order to be there for my dad who had a stroke and needed to have life-threatening surgery. He survived his surgery and is now doing rehabilitation but I have to return home and back to my life in BC. I was not thinking highly of Sault Ste Marie based on the treatment I received by other folks and how Canadian Tire handled the situation. However, the gentleman at Victory Lube reaffirmed my belief in people and they were excellent. I found out that my oil had been overfilled at the car rental agency and they took care of making sure that everything was in working order so that I had a safe drive back across country.

I can't say enough about the wonderful gentleman that work at this place. If I lived in Sault Ste Marie, I would make sure to be a customer for life (as long as they were open). We need more good people like that in the world. A big thank you to all of you!”
