I am so happy I transferred to here from Rexall second line 5 or 6 years ago. They always make sure any new prescription I have doesn't interact with my others and always very helpful with anything I may need.

This space is not large enough to say all the good things about this place, from the pharmacists, assistants and clerks, very friendly, very helpful. The pharmacy where everyone knows your name. I don't know what we did without them.

Pharmacist and assistants are friendly and welcoming. Thorough in explaining medication use if required. No dispensing fee.

Jordan, John, and the staff are great. Knowledgeable, helpful, and personable service. They have always taken care of my family members well. There are many reasons they have such a loyal clientele in the west end. Dale, the delivery driver, always gives great service. The attached walk in clinic is one of the only places in the city to see a doctor face to face rather than over the phone or video, which I value.

Jordan and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, and phenomenal at what they do! Always so kind and pleasant. I actually switched pharmacies from one where Jordan used to work at, to this one (that he owns) because of him!You can't find a better crew. I'm very pleased.Heather Clouston-Goslow

We went with the West End Pharmasave ever since the division of Shopper's Drug Mart. Jordan, John & Patti and the rest of the crew are extremely courteous and kind. Changing pharmacies was a great idea a few years ago and we will never change back to the old Drug Store again. Oh, and Dale is a very helpful delivery driver!
