I'd give zero if I could.Employee named "Dan" harassed me and my fiance and made us feel completely unwelcome during our first time in the store. Left our bags at the front and browsed for about 3 minutes when he asked if he could help and we said no and then he continued to bombard us with accusations and got very personal and inappropriate with us . Formal complaint will absolutely be made tomorrow ( there wasnt a "team leader" available at the time )

Jeff and Dan were fantastic, very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, they have great customer service, this type of service is very hard to find these day. Princess Auto you have some terrific employees.

Fantastic store. Well stocked, friendly staff, good selection. Excellent prices for impact sockets, breaker bars, and ratchets. Good return policy too. Look forward to seeing you guys again.

Very disappointing to call the store and follow all the prompts and just keeps going back to dial tone. Was trying to call to see if you had a part. Fix the phones would be good. Thank you

Nice big store very clean and well stocked. Staff did not want to help. Wandered around the whole store looking for drill bits. Nobody asked if I needed help. The person I did ask was too busy to show me. Couldn't find the bit I wanted even though the website said there were nine in stock. And no I don't want to give you my phone number. I wanted a drill bit not a relationship. Think I will stick with peavy mart and cdn tire.

So far I have yet to leave here without a purchase and without running into someone I, or my girlfriend, know.I am on a mission this spring/summer to do some mods to my truck and to my boat. Most of the items I require all can be found here at Princess Auto. I look forward to being a long and happy customer of Princess Auto. I'm sure they will make both my truck and boat very happy.

Weeee! So happy to see them finally open in The Soo!Great place to find stuff no one else seems to have and well-stocked. No waiting for online orders only to be disappointed with products, it's great to have this tactile experience locally so you know what you're buying. If they don't have what you need in stock and they carry it, check with the customer service desk, they're a great help!
