Had a guaranteed delivery and they failed to meet it. So now we are waiting over the weekend.Zero assistance, terrible, terrible, terrible delivery service. Id give zero stars but it wasn't an option.

Had a very good experience this time at Purolator. The ladies working were very friendly and kind and I received my parcel within minutes after showing my proper ID.
