Hello,
I am nearly 80 years old and I do not understand technology as well as most do now-a-days, however I know it better than most my age haha! I went to this location for assistance and Ryan, the gentleman that assisted me, was very helpful and patient. He solved all the issues I came in for help with, along with lowering my bill which was a much needed bonus!

Please stop sending some horrible little man to bang on our doors so loudly everyone thinks there's an emergency. Banging on my glass door like there's a fire when I'm home alone scaring the living daylights out of me. What a horrible business practice.

I am a disabled individual. Sadly the customer service is a liability as on several occasions I was talked down to, and my wife experienced the same issues. In the end I was told to fix all of the problems that they had caused by messing up my
Original order. With help from a home care aid, we fixed the problems and decided to take our business elsewhere.

Was with shaw for 10+ years and had amazing internet & services, rarely any issues. I was eventually forcefully switched to Rogers and after that it was non-stop issues, horrible service, horrible prices. Do not recommend. I want shaw back.

I’ve been incredibly disappointed with Rogers and the level of service I've received. Since signing up for my plan in May, it has yet to be properly set up. Despite numerous promises of discounts and corrections, none have materialized. Instead, I’m still being charged for extras I never agreed to.
I dealt with Lee, a supervisor at the store, but the issue remains unresolved. I’ve asked multiple times to speak with someone above Lee or someone from head office, but I’ve been told that’s not possible. I was promised five call-backs—none of which ever happened. I had to go into the store myself just to hear the same excuse: “We’re still working on it.”
When I try calling customer service, I’m redirected to an AI assistant (Anne), which is no help at all. I never thought I’d say this, but I would much rather go back to Bell. At least they followed through.
This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I will not return to this store, and I would strongly caution others before choosing Rogers based on my experience.

I would like to rate a wifi router i recently started using. It doesnt work its the vantiva. No pings all it seems to do is try to load and times out. Picture quality is very low it freezes all the time. Has anyone else been experiencing these issues
