Branch manager Sylvie Langlois is useless person. Her staff is same un professional and racist. avoid going there. They don't care for client's concern and complains. Totally useless people works at this location. She doesn't care to reply for your multiple email on your concern. Going to file complain to head office.

ATM ate my money deposit and gave me nothing but a blank receipt, after 30 minutes on the phone I was told I wouldn’t be reimbursed for 3 weeks

What's the point of having a phone number when you just get transfered to a call agancy that isn't even within the branch then you have rude customers service representatives that hang up on you when they can't figure out the solution to the problem scotiabank is going down hill I suggest switching banks

My Husband & I have always been treated like we are Family. If only one of us go into the Bank, the tellers always ask how we are doing & how the other one of us is doing as well. They helped us when our Bank Account was hacked & made us feel safe & secure & also started an investigation into the problem right away, they even helped us with getting account protection so we could pay for our rent & the rest of our bills as well making sure that we still had the financial security to buy groceries for the month.
