Even though I was wearing my grubby painting clothes, I was greeted courteously. They listened to what I needed, very helpful. Purchased within 15min, great customer service. I will always go back & still recommend them as well.

Ok, so the appliances and household furnishings may be a little on the expensive side, but maybe that's the same everywhere since Covid? You can't get bundled deals like at Best Buy, and you must pay extra for delivery, but the delivery guys are very good. The appliances we purchased are good quality. Ample parking for customers.

Bought extra protection plan for my appliances and when I needed service I was told to contact the company who provides the service ( that they sell plans for) only to wait a year and find out all this time they don't service our area! ( email from the company) So this place has been selling protection care packages for hundreds of dollars to countless consumers and don't even offer the service... they admit to actually being unaware! I waited a year for service finally asked for refund when I learned of having no service and was denied! Customer service lady and Nicole are very argumentative and like to point blame on the customer and Alan the owner wouldn't even accept my call.. said he wouldn't talk to me! What a great business owner!

I regret giving this a five because nobody reads the fives and I want you to read this. Definitely a five star story, if it gets read.Built and stocked my house with new stuff 12 years ago so now everything wants to fail at the same time. Spadoni's Furniture and Appliances sells everything so there I went.Spadoni's sold me a Frigidaire side by side fridge, I saw it on the showroom floor, asked lots of questions, got answers, and then had it delivered within two days.We went back for a new bed and again same thing as the fridge, on the showroom floor and in stock. The materials making up the bed were sourced in Canada, and it was manufactured in Toronto Canada.Both items were delivered separately and the delivery people were quick and efficient.It is going to be a no brainer going back there for a stove.

You can tell there have been numerous additions over the years, so be prepared for a bit of a maze of stairs and weird levels in this store. They do have a working elevator for accessibility. But really, their selection and helpful staff are worth the visit, we will be back once we've finally taken measurements of the room that needs an update.
