My wife and I had a great experience here. Patrick was very professional and easy to talk to. He showed us all the options available based on what we were looking for and for a lot less than what we expected to pay. I would definitely come back for any future furniture I'm looking for.

My experience was great at this location. The staff was very friendly, and they provided all the information I was looking for about the product I intended to purchase. Answer all of my questions and helped me in decision making.
Overall, I recommend that everyone visit and buy things at this store. You will simply love it.

This is ridiculous place. First Time ever i met the person named Patrick store manager in my life who doesn’t how to talk to the customer how to provide service. I spent 1071$ I received defective piece and asked for replacement he humiliated me infront of the other customer when we were trying call from home he was ignoring us, making excuses to talk to us. Please don’t provide those kind of services its a small city we have less option. Keep up open for us
But we dont want disrespect from your place. We come on your store to get something and spending our hard work’s money. Dont rude with us if we want replacement if you guys cant replace refund our money thats all. Dont say us get out from the store. I dont know why company choose those kind of manager. They should learn lesson first how to be kind with people.
Its better to deal with heather and megan than unprofessional manager.

I am so happy for the service at surplus furniture!!! I just moved back to Sault Ste. Marie. Patrick and Nathan are incredible!! Together they worked quickly and efficiently to help me find exactly what I needed and got me same day delivery!!! I recommend surplus furniture to anyone in need of affordable furniture options!!!

Purchased a fridge earlier this year, brough my parents back for a couch this week. Patrick took his time to show my mother a variety of options, and made some great points and recommendations. He was patient and helpful and made buying a couch enjoyable. We'll be back.

We chose this place at random last year to buy a new couch. We have a dog so we purchased the pet warranty and after submitting photos of the rip in the couch cushion, they denied the warranty saying there was too much damage and staining?? I'm not sure what amount of damage would be acceptable to them.
This is a case of expensive warranty a company will push on you then they fail to stand by it when the time comes. The pet warranty was unique so we went for it and now I know it was a waste and we won't be back to this place. Our friends and family already know to avoid this place and certainly avoid their warranty scam.

Went into surplus in sault ste marie ontario and had the absolute amazing help from patric and nathan. These two went above and beyond to help me get everything i need to furnish my new apartment. I totally recommend going to see these two incredible guys. Ty for everything you both did for me and my husband ?

"No this is patrick"
Went in there needing to furnish our entire apartment. Patrick helped us out. Absolutely phenomenal, the world's fastest walker was able to match our colors and create accent pieces that we wanted. Didn't try to sell us overpriced nonsense and was able to answer every question we had.
Coffee table, sectional couch and rug look incredible together. We can't get over it.
Again shout out to pat, the dudes awesome, I think making us chase him around the store is a sales technique but I'm not sure yet..

Don’t honour warranties paid $300 for extended warranty. Seems like getting to run around have not got a straight answer. I have a broken appliance little over a year old and refused to cooperate with me. Give me some one 800 number that wants to charge me for labour and parts, I don’t call that warranty if I have to pay for labour and parts, so do not get their extended warranty on appliance seems like fake warranty

we stop in friday july 7th to check for sectional couch..with the help of all of them..we brought it back inside the chip transport back to timmins..they even took pictures lol and we all laugh how the driver back up soo good..
