Both the service technician and mechanical technician went out of their way to help us—answering our questions, offering reassurance, and making sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Crossing the country in my RAM Promaster RV when a serious grinding developed in the front wheel on Friday before a long weekend. After being turned away from 2 other shops in the Soo, (including a RAM dealer), these guys had me in within an hour and on my way by afternoon with an uncommon repair and difficult to find parts. Many thanks to mechanic Jeff and Dillon at the counter who got me checked in quickly. Also, very clean and comfy waiting room with recliners, TV, desk, coffee and charge plugs. Can't recommend enough!

Extremely tough to work around with this guys, no communication, fake promise of getting check or done same day, truck was there at shop for 3 days, first two days were untouched, my driver have to stay in hotel for no reason, it should have done first day, few break lines change, thorattle padle switch and forced regen, charge me $2500.
Was a lot for just few things. Try going somewhere else who can actually deliver on time and with reasonable rates.

I was here coz brake lights were not working on my trailer as it was blowing off fuse due to short circuit. I told the guys its trailer nothing wrong with the truck but no one wants to listen. Anyways they got me in super fast they changed the electric plug on my truck and the put a circuit breaker 30amps.instead of fuse. Here i am brake lights are not working circuit breaker trips off and lights are back when it cools down. They charged me $149 for temporary fix any guy like me with a very less sense of mechanical knowledge could have done this temporary fix. And they dont have the guts to tell me that we have done a temporary fix. Seriously guys dealerships have professionals and i have never expected a dealership mechanic would do that.
I wish i could give zero stars.

I was stuck in st marie with some def problem in my peterbilt. Went to this location and the same afternoon i had some really sad news about my grandparent. I was stuck so badly and then I told my situation to general manager and service desk guys as it was friday evening and i had to leave for edmonton very next minute my truck gets fixed. They stayed after hours only for me to fix my truck and got me back on road.
They could have ignored me but i am very thankful for understanding the situation.
Again Thanks to general manager, Dillon and (2nd guy on service desk, forgot to ask his name) and chase from shop.?

I got stuck on flying j beside this dealership with the error 559 Cummins, Slowly, with jerks of engine RPM , with 3 km/h speed , I reached them . They did a quick diagnosis and solved quickly my problem , thanks to them I managed to deliver my load without delay , well done guys, Nice , honestly people.
