“This is a great business. Once a year they would have Play Day on small equipment and a barbecue from Gino's restaurant in Sault Ste Marie Ontario. That was a great day and the food was absolutely incredible. The equipment was a1 brand new with attendance of great knowledge it was great / easy / FUN. THEIR STAFF WAS 101%. Explain things in full detail and encouraged all to try everything. Now doesn't that sound like a fun day. Or is that a great fun day. I must think torment for the experience which got me into renting excavators and other equipment. Don't be afraid to try anything I was always told and when somebody has a brain around you use it the body always needs one of them. Looking forward to the next exciting day at Torment of Sault Ste Marie. Excellent staff with great knowledge”

“I rented unit 512 in July 2025 until April 30th 2026. The manager Ron and his office staff are so very friendly and calming. I was worked up about selling and moving and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with them.
The unit was very clean, leak free, and rodent free!
I had an expensive mattress leaned up against one wall and it had no damage sitting right on the concrete floor. Very well built with proper ventilation!
