Very bad service. Extremely disappointed with UPS delivery. My package was delayed without any proper update or explanation. The tracking information was inaccurate, and trying to get real help from customer service was frustrating and unhelpful. This is not the level of service I expect from a major shipping company. Totally unreliable. I do not recommend UPS based on this experience.

Fast and efficient service. You can print the label at the staples printing service if needed.

My parcel is already running late and whenever I called here no one is answer properly and is someone answered then it's rudely.

Not good. Received notification that my parcel had been delivered during a time when my husband was outside shovelling and it never arrived. Called and asked for proof of delivery and didn’t have any. They began an investigation and was told I would get a confirmation email and the investigation would take 7 to 10 business days. Never did get the confirmation email. So I walked the street and found my package at a neighbourhood house. The delivery person had transposed the numbers on the address and delivered to the wrong house. My name and correct address was clearly marked on the parcel. I was able to recover my parcel but I have yet to hear from them for an explanation.
