Value Village, a Savers brand, is a global thrift retailer that offers gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. The store operates with a Rethink Reuse® model, purchasing, reselling, and recycling items to help keep over 700 million pounds of used goods out of landfills each year. It supports community programs by buying donated items from nonprofit organizations, providing them with revenue. With over 300 locations and 20,000 employees, the stores are generally clean, organized, and spacious, offering good quality deals on women's clothes. Customers appreciate helpful staff at checkout and find that speaking with managers can lead to discounts and better deals, especially since most items are donated and free from the community. However, some customers have experienced rude staff and are discouraged by the store's policies, such as not offering fitting rooms and only providing store credit if items don't fit. Pricing can be inconsistent, with some items considered too high for donated goods, and concerns about charitable profits being less than expected. Overall, visits are enjoyable for frequent shoppers who find good deals and friendly service.
Staff were rude and unwilling to work with customer complaints. Do not offer a change room to see if something fits before trying it on. When the item doesn't fit, you can only get a store credit.

Some good prices. Some prices are toi high, for donated, used items. I don't think Charities are receiving à large enough % of net profits.
