Security guard feels like an overkill, but love the self checkout. Prices kind of high for second hand store

Had the item I wanted, but I'm taking stars away for only having self-checkouts open. If I don't get a staff discount, then don't expect me to want to check myself out.

no change rooms, can’t get a refund if you buy something to try it on at home and it doesn’t fit.

Prices are so high that it is cheaper to buy brand new at Walmart. They are supposed to be a helping business but no, they are all about money and dont care about the poor and homeless. They are heartless anad crooks.

Choice is important to me and that's what Value Village offers. This store was organized and clean. Fitting rooms available which helps me make wise choices.

No fitting rooms n most or their clothes are not proper sized and they will only give u store credit on other clothes that u spend as much for as new clothes at retail stores so stop being over priced on stuff that was donated to you

Decent selection and a clean store. No fitting rooms and questionably polite staff. The one lady with the short hair at the front is awesome. The prices are absurd but that can only be expected.

If you see something you like, buy it. I only waited to go buy a purse I liked a few says later and it was gone, sold. High turnover of inventory, always something new, and well organised. Will be back...more often lol

I'm living away for work and needed to good deals on kitchen items and some furnishing. I got what I needed after a couple visits. It was a clean store, which is nice when looking for secondhand. Prices are I little high on some things, and theres no negotiating, but the sales help out a charity, a d pay wages!

Don't be fooled - Value Village is a For Profit business that makes millions every year. The pricing for most clothing is too high for a second hand thrift store - they're definitely in it to make money. Not only that but they have no change rooms and the return policy is in store credit for 2 weeks. You can still find the occasional deal on name brand clothes but the vast majority is either worn out or they think they can charge $20 for a shirt because its a name brand.

The experience was in line with my expectations for a Value Village - a well arranged array of items and most of what I usually seek was readily accessible. During my visit, I had a pleasant conversation with a courteous staff member at the checkout. If circumstances allowed, I would frequent this store more often for clothing.

Not every time I go there I find a sweet deal, but often enough... Been looking for fish tanks to upgrade my two 10gal...picked up a couple of 20s for $40...that's a great deal.

Great selection, very organized, extremely clean! They have a little bit of everything, and everything I have come across has been in great shape. There are a lot of very nice clothing items, especially in men’s jeans.

One girl at checkout is this stores saving grace...most are not friendly. They follow the management's lead. Occasional superior donations for a fair price.
