Well it had taken awhile to get everything set but the owner was very nice and very kind took his time too make sure things went as smooth as possible so I have zero complaints 10/10

Natasha and Nathan are both amazing at their jobs. I can't believe how amazing Harold was who did my phone transfer when I traded it in, he and Nathan were the ones who helped me and I absolutely loved sitting and chatting with them while we waited for the data transfer. And Natasha today was phenomenal in the help she gave me too, to fix my SIM card and even helped me out with some weird billing issues. I love Virgin Mobile's employees!!!

I want to thank Justin for the three times I have visited the store, his patience, courtesy and knowledge. I am a senior who is challenged with the technology, and we need people like him. As well, Nathan assisted, and again his knowledge and ability to guide me through was incredible. I want to note that I was not prospered to use the online registration for the new program, and made a trip of over 100kms so as to get the service. This store has always been welcoming and the reason I return. Please convey my appreciation and I will be bringing my partner into the store in two weeks, to secure a program for her.
