Very disappointed with World Cars, just brought my car into get an oil change have a tire fixed and change my wipers. After picking up my car there was a big chip and scratches on my grill. I called and spoke with Ed in service and he asked me to bring my car in to look at it. Upon his inspection he told me it was from the car wash they had put my car through. They did not offer to repair the chip, it looks very clear to me a tool was dropped on the car to take a large chip out of it. He would not take any responsibility what so ever. That will be the last time I bring my car to World Cars. We have brought the car to them since purchasing the car in 2016, totally disappointed. Donna Dube

This dealership is by far the best kia dealership i have dealt with. Wife and I are driving from Saskatchewan to Nova Scotia she is going to school out there and going to live with her family. Our kia motor failed driving into sault ste marie we limped it to dealer they managed to get it in without appt. It needs a new motor. We had to get our oil change records which were in saskatoon but their customer service person michcale called the oil change places i used and got them forwarded as our car was part of the huge recall and thru the recall might be able to warrenty motor she managed to get the records the motor was warranty which was a great relief to me and my wife. They also got us on our way in record time two full days ahead of when they thought it would be done...im so grateful to the staff and dealership for treating us so so kindly. My wife and i highly recommend you take cars here we wish we had a dealership like this one in Saskatchewan.

My recent experience at World Cars Kia was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked through the door, it was evident that the staff had little interest in providing even basic customer service.As soon as I entered the showroom, I noticed that it was very dark in there, what kind of business do not even have a decent lighting? The salesman, whom I assume was the only one working there didn't even bother to offer me a seat. He remained slouched in his chair, playing "Solitaire" on his computer, seemingly disinterested and unwilling to engage with potential customers like myself. His lack of enthusiasm and courtesy was strikingly evident, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a potential buyer.To make matters worse, the salesman's attitude was downright rude. When I asked a few questions about the cars on the lot, he responded with curt, one-word answers and seemed annoyed that I was even asking. It was clear that he did not want to be there or.I wanted to buy a Kia Seltos, but thank to this terrible customer service I will look for other brand car and I will never be back in that Dealership. This was definitely that worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life.

Last week I did the tire rod change ....after that I noticed when I am driving in highway streaing wheel is shaking....I went to Kia service again and make a complain....at that time they said it's old model car ..it's having some vibration on it ....they didn't check anything.... worst customer service...

Worst customer service and professionalism I have ever had at a dealership. Salesman, Peter, didn't greet us or ask how he could help us. He tried to deter us from the purchase we wanted to make and get us into a vehicle we weren't interested in. Used profanity like it was the professional thing to do. Didn't offer to have us sit down with him and go over pricing or ordering information. Had no knowledge of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Overall horrible service.

This review is for the KIA service department. My engine was failing due to the manufacturer recall. My car went in on Wednesday and they had replaced the engine and the car was ready by Monday. The service team did a fantastic job! BZ!!

Shop here if you want incompetent, distrustful, and money-hungry service. The entire team here prioritizes only profit and will go behind your back to manipulate and alter original terms and conditions as well as sell your promised vehicle to anyone who walks off the street saying they want a car. It's terrible for those who know that KIA cars are a great price for what you get, but means you have to interact with these people to get anything done.

Offered to put deposit to hold car but inventory manager said not required and the car arriving from Toronto was mine and he had me on file. Car expected Wednesday, did not hear from dealer, called Thursday, they sold car to someone else. Nice.

Very friendly it took awhile to get the new Sportage X line. Not there fault just the way it is trying to get a new vehicle now a days makes it frustrating. This is where the team at Kia shines they helped get through the whole process with the lease amount of worries.Thank you Dan & Ray

Excellent services from beginning to end. Peter went above and beyond, made us feel welcomed and treated us as valued customers. Jeff made sure we got everything we wanted and was very helpful, made the process so much and easier. Kevin did an excellent job with the detailing, we are every impressed. We are satisfied customers and would recommend this dealership to anyone!
