Other than switching their affiliation with other credit unions the in-bank services are excellent. They were Algoma Steel Credit Union then Community first Credit Union and now Your Neighbourhood Credit Union. Each time the cheques I had were useless because the coding on them were no longer valid. However like I mentioned above the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. It's a good place to do banking..

Every time I go into the bank the staff is always friendly and helpful. As for the drive through bank machine. Most of the time it's broken or out of money. Very inconvenient.

I have only been with this branch for about 8 months but i was impressed with how fast they rectified a small issue I had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would def. Recommend this branch

Very disappointed with Community First Credit Union. Have been a member for the past 30 years and the second I’m done paying off my line of credit, I will be finding another bank. I used to have really good service every time I went in, but for the past five years or so they have massively gone downhill.I tried to get my mortgage through Community First, and they couldn’t match my other offer by 0.01 percent. The teller didn’t even look into it or speak to a manager, it was just a simple “no”.My brother has tried to get a second mortgage through them for the past 2 weeks, has sent emails and left messages and hasn’t even yet received a response!The people who work at this establishment are not willing to help you. Go somewhere else and save your frustrations.

This is my bank, but the Bay St. branch has much better hours. As far as banks go, I feel comfortable & taken care of!
