Amazing service ? best shop in Toronto hands down. Honest and knowledgeable. The only shop I let work on my car. I love going here I feel safe knowing my car is in good hands. Ill be a life time customer for sure.

I went in here scared my wheel was falling off! The took my car in immediately. Put it up on a hoist and let me know everything was totally okay. They showed me and even went around to double check all tires cause I was a little frazzled. No charge. And let me tell you how GORGEOUS and CLEAN the waiting room was. As a woman, I felt safe and they were honest and didn’t upsell me on anything. As someone who knows nothing about cars you hear horror stories of being ripped off. Not this place honest. Safe. Clean. Helpful.I am so grateful! Thank you all!!

I noticed a flat tire and called them for a same day appointment. Service was efficient and they even offered me some useful information about my cracked windshield which I never knew about. Highly recommend coming to this location.

I walked into this Active Green+Ross shop for the first time with zero expectations and a bit of trepidation. It was a pleasant surprise to be welcomed by genuine, polite and professional staff. They took the time to explain every detail of what needs to be done to my car and they also listened to what I had to say Thank you, Ramesh for your help. John Gray, you're the bomb! And "Mike and the Mechanics" you guys rock! If you ever need repair or anything car-related, this is the place to be in Scarborough. No more walking into a shop feeling like deer in the headlights! These guys are the real deal.

Highly recommend this location of Active Green + Ross. The customer service is always exceptional, particularly John who is friendly, shares his expertise and puts your mind at ease. I have received consistently excellent service from the mechanics. It makes such a difference, particularly as a woman, to find an automotive place that is trustworthy, isn't dismissive of concerns and doesn't speaking condescendingly.
