My elderly husband and I were at ASAP about 10 days ago with an oversize box to be sent back to Amazon by FedEx. Rabi advised us that it was too large for the pick up driver and that we may have to come back to get it if the driver refused to pick it up.Rabi also said that he'd do his best to convince the driver to help us out. Clearly it worked, since we received notice from Amazon that the package was received and the refund was accepted.I appreciated the extra effort that Rabi took on our behalf and want to ensure that his kindness does not go unnoticed.
