I wish to give zero stars ... Worst service i have ever experienced.I have ordered a tv in this store. My order wasn't delivered , a store person named Dion wasn't able to cancel the order and process the refund , instead I was asked to buy the tv again paying money to get a product .I was told that the refund process has to be taken care by Bestbuy head office and there is no SLA for refund process.Not sure what kind of resolution is this. looting the money from customers and creating fake orders.#donttrustbestbuy #worstcustomecare #worstheadoffice #falsepromises #cheatingcustomers #shameonyoubestbuy

This branch has totally different attitudes of employee but most of them are really helpful. You can consider this stop as a one shopping stop from kitchen appliances to TV's and antenna. The employee in the phone section are really helpful, kind and work fast. These days were totally tiring for them and they keep their smile. They are really professional. Really good for them

I visited this location with high hopes of securing a Black Friday deal for our mobile plan, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed to be in the midst of training, which became evident through the series of mishaps we encountered.Initially, the salesperson provided us with incorrect information about the mobile plan. When we decided to proceed with the plan, we were informed, rather nonchalantly, that the plan details had changed – a frustrating start to the process.To add to the frustration, upon returning home, we discovered that our mobile number had been switched to the wrong operators. This forced us to take matters into our own hands and deal with the operators directly, creating an unnecessary hassle for us.The overall lack of professionalism from the staff, coupled with misinformation and a careless approach to customer service, made this visit a regrettable experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a smoother and more reliable customer experience in the future.

The staff are knowledgeable, even though they tend to just look up the product on their phone.. so that's debatable. However, they were very friendly and made our shopping very quick and easy.

Having one of the worst experiences with Best Buy call centre. The attitude of the gentleman named Jamil who was assigned to serve was very poor and rude. His way of asking questions and communicating was plain rude. I waited half an hour for him on the phone for him to go back and forth and still be confused about how he can help me. And despite of being on call with him for an hour he was unable to help. Very poor customer service on best buys behalf.

The lady at the entrance was extremely rude and had no manners to talk to customer. we had gone to return our product and she insulted us badly.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I tried to return a broken product bought less than 30 days & worth $33, but I lost the receipt so they found the product on the system and they matched the credit card and everything BUT they did everything to not return it. The customer service lady is rude & their manager even more. He was Unprofessional & useless customer service manager “the guy who wears glasses, he was there on Sunday evening”. Don’t bother buying products from here go Costco, Walmart (very close to that location) or Amazon… less headache when returning products.

Mixed bag of customer service.Amazing service from some of the employees working from the mobile desk. Had an issue with my mobile billing with Bell, and Samar and Ruuth were super helpful and patient.However, the manager Tomas and another employee named Devanshi have been completely and utterly useless in helping, failing to do a task as simply as CC'ing me in an email and giving me false reassurances about having the issue resolved.

I chatted with Somar. She was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the best deals in buying a new smartphone. I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best coverage for me at a good price.She would go the extra mile every stage. I would recommend her unreservedly.

Probably some of the worst customer service I've experienced ever.I don't appreciate being lied to about the warranties. Had I known, I would've never shopped at BestBuy. I don't plan on doing so in the future. Now I just want to return everything I've purchased from this disgusting company.

I would like to say the specific service level I received from Iris at this store was impeccable. Iris went above and beyond and helped me with a very confusing and tedious return. She took time and effort to help me repurchase and add warranty for one of my online orders.Iris went above and beyond assisting me, making sure she did everything except say no.Iris contacted management and team leads at the store for reassurance.I would definitely recommend this store over other BestBuy locations. The atmosphere was great and Management is amazing. Keep it up.I appreciate the service level I received here.Thank you!

Sinthu needs to learn how to treat customers he’s a team lead but he call him self a manager. When I return my PC (defective) he refused to give me a refund and when I ask for a manager he said he’s a manager even if he’s not. I scheduled a call from the manager but no one get back to me.

Staff are so helpful at this location. I love the way they have sectioned the floor so it's easy to find what you are looking for.The best part is the Geek Squad booth who will set up your new electronics or fix/repair when you need it.Great service here.

They do robbery and that way they make money. I bought a laptop with a plan and the store guy told me after a year the monthly charges will stop automatically but they charged me four extra months when I called them for refund they started sent me from store to store. And, at the end no refund just wasted my time. I will give them less than a zero star.
