I went to this branch the first time last week regarding my business account. I was pleasantly surprised when a staff at the front desk took the initiative to ask me "how can I help you?" the moment I got there and was still waiting for my work partners to join me for an appointment with one of their financial advisors. The advisor we met whose name is Mr. Weiyang Chen is phenomenal and very professional. He went out of his way to provide us with helpful guidance and advice in resolving an issue with our account. His kind assistance are very much appreciated.

Very profound professional SLOW customer service. Standing in queue for almost 30 minutes, and only 2 counters in service. More than 3 people left the queue.

Employee trainee doesn't know what she's doing. I don't blame her, neither does her manager.6 yrs later... And new employees still not efficient.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I swear nobody here knows how to do anything and for some reason are trying to make it harder than it needs to be. I’d honestly give them a 0 if I can and recommend to go to another branch if possible.

Teller doesn't care no. of customers lining up. They will keep on chatting with current customer/friend at window. A 3 persons line up took me almost 20 min. Don't mention they though of opening a new teller.

Should be rated zero star if this is an option. This BMO branch at Chartwell is the worst branch ever. Poor non-existent customer service. We tried to call this branch many times but no one ever picked up the phone. We left several messages and of course no call-back. We'll just go there in person to cancel all the accounts and safety deposit box, and move our business somewhere else.

I had very bad customer service in the branch.I went to this branch at 2:20PM and met teller . I had appointment with MinTing Patty Pan. Teller contacted Patty Pan and he told me that Patty was having lunch now and let me come back 30 minutes later.I said I will come back 30 minutes later.I come back 2:55pm and waiting for Patty until 3:20Pm. I can not want waiting and I went to manager office and she went looking for Patty. Manager come back told me Patty was having Lunch now.The branch personal banker do not about customer and ignore customer.
