PLEASE BEWARE ....THOSE YOUNG GUYS WORKING AT THIS BRANCH WILL ROB YOU STEAL MONEY OR WRITE DOWN YOUR INFORMATION... OH MY LORD I HAVE TAKEN STEPS TO HAVE THESE COWARDS ARRESTED AS I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE... THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE... BMO HAVE THESE GUYS LOOKED AT I WITNESSED MY OWN EYES 2 YOUNGER MEN OF THIS BRANCH POCKET MONEY FROM AN ELDERLY WOMAN. SO SAD BUT WILL BE BROUGHT IN LIGHT.. IM WARNING EVERYONE AND ANYONE ... DONT TRUST THESE GUYS THEY ARENT TRUSTWORTHY

Horrible Customer Service , they made me wait in line for 15 minutes to handle 3 customers ahead of me and therewl were 3 tellers working. They don't even greet you ,Very Unprofessional!

I really Appreciated to GAJANANI went into BMO and I meet GAJANAN KULANTHAIVEL, He is a very professional personable and patience . He helped me for Credit card apply and over draft payment. His explanation is very dynamic I hope GAJANAN is the one of best person at this BMO location.

This Branch is very clean and lots of parking!!! customer service is great... I felt the positive vibe as soon as i walked into the branch with smile on every tellers face. i didn't mind the big lineup as all 4 tellers were occupied with clients in front of them!! there was another lady who was coming and taking people from the line to help them(if i remember correctly her name tag showed HINA).The teller who served me apologized to me for waiting in line as she explained it was the beginning of the month. she also asked me if i needed any extra help with other services like investment advise or mortgage needs which i was very happy to hear. overall a great experience!! this branch really made me feel like they care for me and my business!!

I Pay my property taxes bill in this branch This Location employees send a payment with Wrong accound I will go to tell the guys please return to my money With my account. Every week that’s guys tell the story until today not return the money in my account please any account Calder careful send a payment at this branch . Almost one month finish and careful everybody..

Horrible customer service, very unprofessional and they blame the client for their mistakes. This branch has got to be the worst. Ajay personal banker at BMO is horrible, lies and does not tell the truth, this branch does not honor specific promotions and tries to turn it around on the client. Ajay tried turning this around on me and made it seem like I was lying after he was the one they explained to me what I need to do and I followed his steps. He then tells me.i should have read the online rules. There would have been no point in coming into the branch if that was the case. Ajay needs to take responsibility for not explaining it properly.and blaming the client for this. I will be rising this concern with OBSI since BMO does not want to honor their offer and promotion, after completing everything that I was told to. I have never had such a bad experience at any bank. Coming to a big bank you would think they would be able to honor their promotion and not lie to customers. Would definitely give this location and their customer service a 0 star because the way I was spoken to after rising my concern with Ajay was horrible. And if this is the customer service you get at a bank I will moving my account to a bank that honors their promotions and speaks respectfully to their clients. I am Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this branch. Update the branch manager Nithi is also horrible and lies, told me nothing can be done at branch level and to call a number that she provided and the resolution line them selfs told me that it could be done at branch level. She tried covering up for her employee instead of trying to fix the problem. She told me that no one has ever complained except for me. Based on other reviews I can see I'm not the only person that has issues with this branch and their horrible customer service and management

Horrible customer service overall. I have been banking with BMO for over 10 years, and I 'm in the process of getting a name change, so in the list of ten options a bank branch manager was one of the people on the list that can sign off acknowledging that i want a name change. I explain this to lady at the counter, she goes and speaks to the Branch Manager in her special cubicle, probably think she's God in her own head, and said only Lawyers do name changes. They do not even understand what the process is, worst is they tried to explain it like I did not have a clue. Worst branch! Worst Branch Manager, they do not care for their customer, only their pay cheque. To add i left them 2 voice mails and they have not even bothered to answer back, at the service I received. To add the Branch Manager who is a female did not even have the decency to let me know face to face like a human being why she could not do it, but let the other person give me a half baked excuse. I would honestly like to transfer to a different bank who actually value me as a customer, rather than a lazy branch manager who does not have the courtesy to even acknowledge a customers request.

Went into the branch to inquire about a wire sent at branch on Aug 3 so disappointed that branch wasn’t helpful in tracking the status. Assistant Manager said it will take another 5-7 days for back office to get back and going to charge a fee for even when i paid a fee to sent the wire. The service from the ABM was bad that she didn’t believe when I said I called the call centre and was not trying to help me rather was about process and the fee. Will definitely use TD as they didn’t fail with me and maybe I should have the tools to track this my self at my comfort rather than going to branch and not getting treated nicely and unfriendly Customer Service.

We went 4:50 we did a queue to apply for mastercard when we were in front of teller they told us they can not apply mastercard because they are closing ( and there were more people waiting in the queue around 5)
