Absolutely terrible experience. I had called into the call center regarding a unauthorized charge coming from my account so they told me to go in get a new card and fill our a fraud form. I went into the branch and spoke to some short lady with glasses (kinda rude too), and before I even got to finish what I was gonna say she goes oh yea yea I know you need a new debit and I asked her WILL THIS STOP ALL PAYMENTS INCLUDING PRE AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS she said and I quote "yes" this was completely incorrect information so I woke up very angry to see all the payments still coming out had to call back and asked for a manager who said sorry can't reverse the charges even though YOU GUYS SAID IT WOULD I have now wasted time, energy, stress, and are now in a financial mess.because of these uneducated people I am furious and sent in a formal complaint as well useless useless useless completely ruined my day also may just close down my account and pursue legal action due to the financial stress and misinformation these uneducated bankers have put me in. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

Walked in the branch looking to open a New account. Yashraj was very kind, he took time and translated everything in spanish speacially for me and explained everything to me. Highly recommended service

Yesterday, i desposit $2200 on ATM inside Branch, it was big shocked the machine EAT my money. After confirm, 1/2 minute process start and got message, transaction cancell. No receipt, No money back, again login, check balance, not updated.I was near to heart attack, my body was swet , 1 minute stand front the ATM and control my self,. I went inside the Branch, stand in que to wait my turn to register my complain.The Teller Mr. Dawood cooprate and listen me, register my complain , tell, after 5 days techine open the the machine and will check my complain. Some customer told me this happened before also.My question to BMO Authority why you donot solve this problem. I have same problem happened in Ajax branch in the evening when branch was closed.If my Mortage due next day, the bank will not wait for 5 days,how will pay the palenty, or my bills late fee charges.If something happen with my Life, who will responsibel.Think about it, it is not a non serious issue

I had an issue with my credit card so I called master card and they advised me to go to the branch.There were only one teller and 5 people lined up. after I waited for about 40 minutes the teller tells me call master card and they will help you over the phone.Seriously !!!Before BMO had amazing customer service but now it’s pathetic.

The team doesn't acknowledged the line up and take there sweet time to discuss promotion to the customer. There were 7 people standing in line. Team sitting in there office doesn't care as they got up and went to have lunch. there were only 2 people working at the desk. few people also left the bank frustrated. The culture at this location clearly speaks out loud customers service is there last priority.

Staff and the tellers are nice and polite to all the customers everytime I visit. Special thanks to Lina who is always there welcoming everyone with smile and helping them out in the best way possible.

Horrible customer service , employees are chilling and not in desk or busy with personal stuff, encouraging visit other branches, not professional at all. BMO bank should shut down their branches.

I attended this branch and had to lift a hold on a bank draft which I had and LINA helped a lot to contact the other branch and made it possible for me in the same day as I had to get this transaction done within the certain time frame,thanks LINA !

If you like wasting your time go to this branch and bank with BMO! Guaranteed dissatisfaction every time :) You can call customer service, talk to tellers and advisors, and get information via mail but they all contradict themselvesEdit: their lines are atrocious. Do yourself a favour and go to another location. Don’t be fooled with short queues either, it’s not uncommon to wait upwards of 15 minutes with only one other person ahead of you. I’ve not had any problems at the surrounding branches - they are WORTH the drive

Spoke to Shermila on May 18th at the branch . Was not very helpful and turned me away. I had my Driver's license and other Id's I've been banking with BMO for over 25 years . She requested my credit card to which I expressed to her that I don't carry it. She expressed to me " how are you going to make purchases if you don't carry your credit card "I did not go to the bank to be judged for my lifestyle and to be told I should carry my credit cards !?!Very dissatisfied. Now I have to call the 1800 number which used to answer when you call. But now they promise to call you back and return that call when I'm at work or never return it !I wish we could go back to the days when calls were answered and issues where resolved on the spot.
