My first time building a bear and it’s always been a childhood dream for me. I was able to share this memory with my own children. Michael and Koko literally made our experience one I will never forget! They were so kind and patient with my five children. Many options to choose from, and a fun experience. From choosing a stuffy to making a birth certificate then to the stuffing machine, all my kids were involved in every step and felt included. Thank you!!

Was just looking around earlier today to buy early Christmas gifts and talked to one of the managers, not sure what his name was but he was very insightful on the topic of Christmas stock, and just super friendly in general. If you're looking to buy the cutest plushies for family/friends or even yourself I think its worth it to buy from here! Not only is the customer service great but so are the products! My mom has the toothless plushy and its honestly 10/10. I'm waiting for the Christmas drops to release so I can come back and buy from here!

A great location for build a bear. But it’s more of a very large kiosk that replicates a build a bear store
There is an assortment of plushies available to choose from along with accessories and clothes and you get the same wonderful service I clding stepping on the pedal to activate the stuffing machine
It’s just in the middle of the mall where the atmosphere of an actual store isn’t felt. But will that stop me from going here, not really.
The service received made up for it so much more. Super friendly, and even with a line, knew how to handle it professionally and with an amazing customer service voice ensuring everyone is accounted for

EDIT: THURSDAY DECEMBER 14TH:Chelsea needs to be fired ASAP. I was waiting to build my bear when she cussed out a customer. She said the r-word and berated this poor woman. I had the unfortunate time dealing with Chelsea after and she was soooooo rude to me. It was DISGUSTING. I question why I even bother coming here when she is working. How she hasn't been fired yet is beyond me. She deserves to be fired. Especially when I didn't want to buy a gift card for half priced or something, she swore under her breath and said holy sh-- just buy it. I'm definitely not coming here again when she is here.I have been coming to this location since it opened. Dan has always been very nice and more recently, I've been assisted by Nathaniel. He is a wonderful employee, my kids love his heart ceremony. He is excellent with kids and makes everything so much fun, very personable too.Now because Nathaniel and Dan are so great, I'm leaving this at 5 stars however my experience the other week with Chelsea was not great and almost made this fabulous kiosk loose stars, but Nathaniel and Dan carry the show. Chelsea was BEYOND pushy at upselling. I know what my kids like, I know what my budget is, I did not like how she kept emphasizing "the heartbeat is my favourite part of the bear," we don't need one and she doesn't take no without picking up an attitude. She is really rude. She made my kids a bit uncomfortable. What I wish you guys did was an online booking system so you could pick what employee to have an appointment with. Especially since Chelsea got frustrated when I wouldn't give her my personal information, I get enough emails, I don't need more. Nathaniel and Dan have never shown me that level of disrespect.

It was my first time at build a bear with my son who is 4 years old. Rachel assisted us and she was so lovely making it so special for my son. Especially helping fill the teddy and the heart ritual was a really nice touch. He loves his frog forest! Thanks
