I’ve been calling periodically for 3 hours. Trying to get a hold of anyone nobody’s picked up the phone even after leaving voicemails. Would not recommend.

It is the worst branch that I ever saw before. I went to deposit twice recently and feel their tellers are not polite to customers, waiting time are longer than usual, and not serious about work. The first time, I was there during their branch's annual day and I guess a head office representative was invited to celebrate there. Almost all the staff are taking photos with her and they don't care how many customers are waiting. Only one young female staff was serving nicely without any poor emotion to me. Today I was there again for the same purpose of deposit, I tried to use an ATM because of previous experience first. I lined up for two ATMs but neither one was available for deposit. Other customers reported to the tell but nobody came to fix the ATM. I had no choice but to go back to the counter. The average waiting time is 15-20 minutes for each customer and they only opened two available windows. However, there were some staff were walking around and tried to show themselves busy except to help customers. Finally I was served but the young guy didn't have any smile or greeting words. He even made my deposit to the incorrect account.

Poor service had appointment no one at main desk had to wait in long line to tell them had appointment. Call branch 4 times no a answer.

Terrible customer service. They refused to assist me with an issue I was having and recommended me to call telephone banking. Went to another branch that same day and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes.

Horrible, horrible service! It seems like they have a team of all new hires who don't know what they are doing. There is one person, who I assume is the supervisor, walking back and forth between the 3 tellers to 'help' them. I was forced to go to the branch because CIBC decided I need to present my ID to activate my CC. I told the teller I was informed by the fraud department they need to call the internal number to lift the block on my account. Both the teller and the supervisor insist they don't make these calls. I call the service number again, after waiting for 45mins, I'm told the bank needs to call them. How is it that no one knows what needs to be done!?

Someone left cash at the atm today when I went to the bank, I gave the cash to the representative at the counter letting them know that somebody forgot cash at the atm withdrawal machine. Customer service Representative was very helpful, thanks.

Service is friendly here but they never have enough staff. They usually have about two people and k the next I've seen a maximum of maybe three. And of all the time I've been here. I've never seen a staff member stationed at the guest service desk. I understand it's a small branch and is not necessary to have someone stationed during the whole time but when it's busy, they should have someone there.
