Someone left cash at the atm today when I went to the bank, I gave the cash to the representative at the counter letting them know that somebody forgot cash at the atm withdrawal machine. Customer service Representative was very helpful, thanks.

Service is friendly here but they never have enough staff. They usually have about two people and k the next I've seen a maximum of maybe three. And of all the time I've been here. I've never seen a staff member stationed at the guest service desk. I understand it's a small branch and is not necessary to have someone stationed during the whole time but when it's busy, they should have someone there.

Slow ,slow slow , every time service is slow ,manager or supervisor don’t really care even a long lineup , just 2 teller open even many people line up

It's an okay branch, new and kept clean. Service can be a little slow at time when it's busy. There's plenty of parking as well as a drive through ATM.

I went there for my credit card related Inquy waited there for almost half n hour to meet an executive and all she said "contact customer care" like then what is the use of having a physical branch and people in bank when all they do is push work on other members

My experience today seeing 5 tellers working on 1 customer regardless of long line lineup. Lacking of trained teller is the fact. A simple deposit took me 30min lineup and process.

Really bad experience ,I went branch 3 time to update my Id and they said it’s all done .when I call credit card they said documents never been updated .We can’t speak with branch and cannot file any complaints because our complaint’s system doesn’t work .It’s just gonna stay there and you cannot get any follow up’s .So you have to try again update your Id or you can close your credit card.After hearing this I’m really frustrated and feeling helpless.

AVOID THIS BANK!! My brother in law was assigned a young financial advisor named Wahid to assist with a mortgage. This child appeared to be fresh out of high school. Little or no training. He knew nothing about finance. Could not fill out application properly. Had to call someone to get answers to basic questions, Was screamed at by his boss for making mistakes. CIBC you want your clients to commit to expensive mortgages from you?? Get professionals who make your clients feel secure about their money. The manager should be ashamed for hiring such unprofessional and untrained people to deal with other peoples money!!!!

I went to change my wrong name in my credit card.luckely got Jessie Guan(teller) woow she took my all nessery details and told me that she will pass all details to her co-worker to get the thing done. Great Service. Management please appreciate this kind of fantastic staff.
