Such a terrible service.Went for a wire transfer and told that we cannot do it (time 5.30pm). They said it cannot be processed because it is fraud transfer.I have done this many times and never experienced this issue.Such a racist behaviour.It is clear that they cannot do it coz they don’t have a manager in duty.Terribe guys

Went inside to open an account Very unhelpful Lady with glasses believe her name starts with A .. Chinese lady very unhelpful she might hate her job or something i dont recommend trying to get help from her at all

I received very bad experience at this locatoin. First, the financial advisor Fellistus Changa didn't even know I booked an appointment with her and had to check my phone to confirm it. After waiting for a long time, she doesn't know what a legal document is. She insisted in a bad attidude that my document is not legal, but in fact it's a official document from Ontario government. She laughed in a sarcastic way thinking I faked that form. She thinks she know better than my lawyer. Very unprofessional for CIBC to have this advisor to treat a long time customer this way.

Mortgage Advisor, Vatly-------------------------------------Called this branch of CIBC last week regarding mortgage assessment. I was given an appointment on Sep 09, 2023 at 10am and was told that one mortgage advisor will call me. I was waiting for the call on Sep 09, 2023; till now, no one called me. Then today, I called this branch again and I was given mortgage advisor Vatly's phone number to call her directly and discuss about mortgage. I called her today at about 05:15pm. Her customer service is so horrible. At first I asked her whether it's good time for her to talk or she wants me to book an appointment. She wanted to continue discussion about my mortgage assessment. At a point when I asked the interest rates; she told me that interest rates are confidential ; so she can't discuss the interest rates over the phone and I need to book an appointment in-person at the branch. However, at the beginning of our conversation, I asked her whether she wants me to book appointment or she wants to discuss about mortgage assessment right now. She wanted to continue. While I was asking "Are you saying interest rates are confidential?? Are you sure??" Then she changed her mind in 30sec and told "actually not confidential." She just lied me. So I was not interested to continue our conversation with her as she just lied what she told just 30min ago. Morning shows the day. She might cheat me if I would continue with her for mortgage. Our conversation stayed 2min 46sec. Would rate zero if possible.

One employee is always so rude to me, I deposit cheques often from work and every time she would make me feel uncomfortable and insinuate that I was doing something illegal. I don’t understand how we should trust a bank with our paycheques while they are judgemental towards us. She is just terrible.

I came to this location to get a new card the bank teller who sees me almost every week told her colleague I needed ID to retrieve a new bank card when I provided the CIBC app with my login information as well as personal information and they still refuse to help me and now the bank is closed and I can’t do the transaction that I needed to do, talk about not having any form of empathy I highly recommend don’t go to this location

Steer clear of this location if you want an experienced advisor. In particular Bhartesh Kathuria who offers false promises and does back door business in order to gain a commission.
