I walk in at around looking for an energy drink. Then the cashier who’s name was Shiva I think calls out me, saying I’m doing something suspicious(when all I was doing was looking down at the shelf to see which drink j wanted) I bring the drink upfront then tell him that everything’s good and that I’m not stealing or nothing. He still replies with a very mad tone. I can tell many others have also had bad experiences with this guy.

We went at this location around 2:00pm , today , there was a guy who wore the glasses and with beard. Literally, he doesn’t know how to deal with the customers. He was very rude with us . Such a worst experience.

I just went there to ore pay for gas. 2 terminals and one thr right is always not functional. One of the cashier was rude to few customers ahead of me. I am looking for a way to compalain to Esso directly

January 17,2023- 10pm-10:24pmMy mother and I had come to this location to purchase a lottery ticket on my way to work for a group lottery as it's the only location closer from house to scarborough general hospital. I had told the older associate what I wanted and proceeded to give him the cash I had, which I had gotten that day from the TD Bank across the street. I had place the $100 bill on the counter.The older employee behind the desk took a couple seconds to take a look at me(scoping me) and started to tell me they don't take $50 or $100 bills. I thought it was odd as I’ve had another associate accept $50 bills before and have never heard this before. I politely asked the older associate if this was a new rule and he had stated “No! It’s something I made now cause of you and your kind” . Being stunned and confused I asked him what he meant. He proceeded to state again whilst yelling that “I said you black and you stole that money”. The other customer in the store had told him that it was not necessary to be rude. At the same time he was yelling at another man stating that the customer’s “debit card was declined and not working and he was broke to pay for gas” the customer in that incident spoke little English and couldn’t understand what was happening! At the same time I walked over to Tim Hortons and the lady verified the money and took my order. I got back in line which at this time had grown because the associate felt the need to argue with everyone in line. Still in line the bolder associates feels the need to yell out loud “ what is it that you need. don’t come back with your fake money”. I tell the man I’ve gotten change to pay. Once at the register he tells me make sure I don’t come back because “he doesn’t like my kind”. I tell him “there was no need to judge me based of my colour and what he did was racist. As a customer service representative of the store he shouldn’t be acting this way and that he was rude without being provoked”. He continue to yell and at this point I look over to the other associate who is doing damage control with another customer who had issue with the same older employee. I ask him for the managers number and corporate and he proceeded to tell me he is the manager and tells me he doesn’t want to hear it and gives me a fake number for customer service. We walk back to my car and I try to call the number and later discover it’s fake. My mother and I walk back in the store and the manager walks out drops an item outside and walks back in and proceeds to run the back of the store and not come out. I ask the associate to call his manager and the other older associates tells me “ No. what are you a white women now? No so leave”. I took photos of the staff members. My mother and I leave the place and the older associate proceeds to follow me to my car aggressively. Not sure what he wanted to do but he was agressive.To add, In line after speaking to some customers apparently this is the norm for the older man and many staff at the is Circle k location.* to add the older guy name is I think Shiva and yet the younger guy gives me a wrong name.

The cashier, this older guy, saw his name was Siva was just plain rude and couldn't talk properly. I asked about vape flavors, and he acted like I should just spit out what I wanted. I tried to be specific, asking for a disposable vape with 1500 puffs and wanting to know the flavors they had. But he got all high and mighty, saying he’s an experienced guy and don’t want any explanation from someone. Then I repeated again what I wanted. Out of the blue, he yelled at me to leave, like I was trying to get free stuff. It was a terrible experience, and it makes Circle K's customer service look bad. I'd tell others to watch out for the disrespectful treatment I got.

The cashier is really, really slow. It took him 5 min to cash out three people (one was buy cigarette, another sugar, and didn't wait till the third person). Plus, Couldn't even buy the thing i went there to buy as i was about to miss my bus.

The Manager is horrible, he constantly harrases anyone who enters his store. sometimes he racially profiles students who come in during lunch. One time I overheard his phone call, he reffered to his customers as "low lifes". Now that I think of it, thats pretty ironic coming from someone who is a stuck-up degenerate like himself.

The old guy name Siva in the cash is very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I was buying something and then I told him can I get the other one please ? He was like are you buying for the first time?? You should be sure before you purchase ? After that I told him that this is not the way to talk to a customer and his answer was very rude and he was like he doesn’t care. This guy was very very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. He should be fired. I have also seen multiple people giving bad reviews about him.
