I don't know why these people are so spiteful. Every other store that has Canada Post drop-off will accept those drop-offs as long as their store is open. But these guys take a lot of pride and telling you that even though the store is open till 8 the Canada Post drop of his only open till 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. or 12:30 p.m., AKA whatever their win is on that day. They're extremely rude to, when I asked how much it cost for a return outlet box, they gave me an extremely sarcastic response and even said that well nothing is cheap these days and I don't know if it's in your range. I am blown away that I have to get so much attitude, issues, rudeness just to go drop off a simple post item. Stay away from this horrible place

Little did I know this canada post store is most inconvenient. I was here to pickup my order, gave my tracking number, DL as an Id but still their employee is unable to understand what I am asking him (Asian Chineese Guy), asking tons of unecessary questions. However there was a nice lady who helped me with my order pickup cheers to her.

I got terrible customer service from the guy who works at the Canada Post station yesterday. He kept watching me with a stank face, while I was just trying to send mail and when I asked him how long would regular mail take for my package his response was with an attitude"I don't know..........(there was a pause, while I continued to look at him) then he says "maybe 5, 7 or 10 days". Terrible

Worst customer service ever. I don't usually like to do bad reviews but I cannot stay quiet any longer. I don't drive so I have no choiice in using other convenece stores but this morning this store could have cost my boyfriend his life! Feeling faint he went in thinking he had low blood sugar to get a chocolate and juice. He collapsed and was lying on the floor asking for a phone but the store clerk just kept saying no phone you pay you pay. Luckily, another customer called an ambulance. He is still in the hospital and it was probably a heart attack. I am a career woman but because i am not white they always treat me like I am a criminal too. THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR HATE.

The worst Post Office in the whole Universe. I spent a total of 10 times trying to pick up my credit card. I did not have the 'right' ID and was sent running around by the people at the store to Canada Citizenship, calling head Postal Office, even 4 times to ,my Credit Card company. Only to find out that they gave me all the wrong information,;and, I never could pick up my mail.
